Factoring in a non-binary voice in the Perfective/Completed Action (CA) aspect

In Hindi, the Perfective or Completed Action (CA) aspect is used to convey that an actual one time action has been completed. These are equivalent to the English, “I came”, “I saw”, “I conquered”.
